The shower may peak between 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time in the Middle East, North Africa, and parts of the Europe.

The shower will appear in the North America at nightfall moves across the Atlantic. Thus, the North American could see the best shot of Draconid. The entry speed of Draconid meteor shower is being 12 miles per second so the North American can see it well in the dark and clear sky as it moves North, between 10 and 40 degrees above the horizon around 4 p.m. EDT.
